Game Types

What games are available in the virtual casino

crickex's virtual casino section has six types of games. Each has its own rules, pace and style of engagement — so it is worth knowing a bit about each before you start.

Live Casino

Played with a real dealer on a video stream. The dealer deals cards or spins the ball, and you place bets in real time. Tables are broadcast live from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and other studios.

Real-Time Stream

Baccarat

Player or Banker — whichever hand gets closest to 9 wins. The rules are simple, but there is plenty of room to understand the statistics. In Bangladesh, this is the most played game in the live casino section.

Low House Edge

Roulette

A ball spins on a wheel and you bet on a number, colour or group. European Roulette has a single zero (0), which keeps the house edge low. You can bet inside (straight up) or outside (red/black).

37 Numbers

Teen Patti

A familiar card game from South Asia. Three-card hands are played against the dealer or other players. There are also various side bets including Pair Plus and 3+3 Bonus.

Local Favourite

Andar Bahar

A base card is shown, then cards are placed alternately on the Andar and Bahar piles. You just pick which side will match the base card first. Fast rounds, straightforward rules.

Fast Rounds

Slots

Slots from top providers including PG Soft, JILI and Pragmatic Play are available. Megaways, classic reels or fishing games — all three types are covered. For the full list of slot games, visit the crickex Slots page.

Budget and Preference

How to choose the right game for you

Not every game suits every player — choosing a game that matches your budget, time and focus makes the experience much better.

On a tight budget: Minimum bets at Andar Bahar or Teen Patti tables are generally low. You can also start slots with small stakes. These games are well suited for starting with a small balance.

If you prefer strategy: Baccarat offers room to understand long-term Player/Banker statistics. In roulette you can experiment with betting systems (such as gradually increasing stakes) — though no system guarantees a win.

If you want to pass time quickly: Each round of slots or Andar Bahar finishes in a few seconds. Live casino tables move a bit slower — but the social atmosphere is different.

For those who prefer poker-style games, the crickex Texas Hold'em section is available separately.

How Live Dealer Games Work

Live casino is not pre-recorded video — every round is broadcast live from a studio. The dealer uses physical cards or a ball, and the entire process is captured on camera.

You see the bet layout on screen, place chips within the allotted time, and the dealer announces the result. Winnings are added to your account automatically. Tables in various languages and at various limits are available from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi studios.

A reasonably stable internet connection is needed. Using the crickex app to play on mobile makes streaming smoother — learn more about the crickex app.

Live tables also have a chat option, but game decisions are entirely the player's own — the dealer only follows the rules.

Game Rules

How each game is played in brief

Baccarat

Place your bet on Player or Banker first. Two cards are dealt to each hand. Tens and face cards are worth zero; all others are worth face value. If the total is two digits, only the right digit counts (e.g. 7+6=13 → value 3). The hand closest to 9 wins. A Tie bet is also available, but its house edge is higher.

Roulette

Place chips on a number, colour (red/black), odd/even, or a group of 12. The dealer spins the wheel and drops the ball. Whichever pocket the ball lands in determines the winning number and colour. European Roulette has one 0; the American version has 0 and 00 — so European has a lower house edge.

Teen Patti

Each player receives three cards. Start with an Ante bet. You can play having seen your hand or blind. The best hand at the end wins — Pure Sequence, Colour, Pair and so on. If the dealer's hand is not at least Queen High, the Ante is returned.

Andar Bahar

The dealer places one card face up in the middle of the table — this is the base card. Cards are then dealt alternately to the Andar (left) and Bahar (right) piles. You bet in advance on which side will first receive a card matching the base card's value. If your side matches, you win.

Slots

The reels spin and a matching pattern pays a prize. The number of paylines or Ways to Win differs per game. Bonus features such as Free Spins, Multipliers and Buy Feature vary from game to game. Games like Fortune Tiger (PG Soft) and Super Ace (JILI) are popular on crickex.

Live Game Shows

Some games like Crazy Time or Mega Wheel sit between table games and game shows. Large multipliers are possible, but results are entirely random. These can be fun for newcomers, but keeping an eye on your budget is important.

Before You Start

Useful tips for new players

01

Set your budget in advance

Set aside a fixed amount for each session. Take a break if you reach that limit. Losing more in one game can easily push you beyond your budget.

02

Start with one game

Trying to learn three or four games at once splits your focus. Pick one first, understand its rules well, then move on to another.

03

Understand RTP and volatility

RTP is how much comes back over the long run. High volatility means less frequent but larger prizes. Lower-volatility games are more suitable for a small budget.

04

Do not increase your bet to chase losses

Placing a large bet immediately after a loss to recover it usually has the opposite effect. Plan calmly.

05

Read the bonus terms

Taking a bonus without knowing the wagering requirement can cause problems later. All bonus terms are clearly written on the Terms and Conditions page.

06

Taking a break is not a weakness

Playing for a long stretch in one go reduces your ability to make decisions. Taking regular breaks keeps your head clear and maintains the quality of your play.

FAQ

What you want to know about the virtual casino

In a live casino, a real dealer uses physical cards or a roulette wheel on a video stream. The results do not come from a random number generator (RNG) — they come from real actions. In regular virtual table games there is no dealer; everything is run by software-based RNG.

Baccarat and Teen Patti are played the most. Baccarat tops the list because of its fast pace and simple rules, while Teen Patti is a familiar South Asian game that new players find comfortable too. Andar Bahar is relatively newer but is gaining popularity quickly.

You can start at a low-limit Andar Bahar or baccarat table. Slots also let you set your own bet size. In roulette, Red/Black or Odd/Even bets pay 1:1, so your budget stretches gradually. Whichever game you start with — keep the first few rounds just for learning the rules.

Yes, live games work on both mobile browsers and the app. However, a stable internet connection is needed for the video stream. Using Wi-Fi when playing on mobile data reduces loading time and lag.

The Tie bet typically pays 8:1 or 9:1, which looks attractive, but its house edge is much higher than a Player or Banker bet. Placing the Tie bet repeatedly over the long run drains your balance quickly. Most experienced players avoid Tie.
