Fishing Games — Aim Your Cannon, Win Rewards

In fishing games, the player controls a cannon. Choosing the cannon level sets the bet size — a smaller cannon means lower risk, a bigger cannon means bigger rewards. Various fish and sea creatures swim across the screen. Common fish give fewer points, but boss creatures and special targets pay out much more. You can play alone or at a shared table with other players.

The strategy is to balance the cannon level against the value of the target. Catching a boss creature can deliver a big reward in a single shot, but they move quickly.

Betting Exchange — The Difference Between Back and Lay Bets

In a regular sportsbook, you bet against the bookmaker. But in a betting exchange, other players set the odds — you bet directly against them. The exchange only takes a small commission in between.

Back Bet vs Lay Bet — A Practical Example

Team A will win — decimal odds 2.00. Two types of bets are possible:

• BACK Team A — ৳500: If Team A wins, you get ৳500 profit before commission; if they don't win, you lose ৳500.
• LAY Team A — ৳500 on the bettor's stake: Liability is ৳500 (৳500 × 1.00). If Team A doesn't win, you get ৳500 profit before commission; if Team A wins, you pay ৳500.

The teams in the example are always "Team A / Team B" — these are just numbers to illustrate the concept, not actual odds or any promise of winning.

Differences Between Exchange and Sportsbook

In a sportsbook, the bookmaker sets the odds and keeps a margin. In an exchange, market prices are determined by bettors' supply and demand — so odds are often more competitive.

Back Bet	Lay Bet
You bet that the team will win	You bet that the team will not win
Profit if they win, lose your stake if they don't	Profit if the team doesn't win, pay the liability if they do
The role of a regular bettor	The role of a mini-bookmaker
Commission on winnings	Commission on winnings
